Overview
For the highly anticipated finale of the Philadelphia International Festival of Arts in 2016, Groundswell's installation was a centerpiece of the nine block street fair.
For the activation, Groundswell transformed a block of Broad Street into a lush urban oasis complete with groves of trees, Koi ponds, and a two-story tiered waterfall.
