Overview
When Groundswell visited the site of Live Nation’s Festival Pier, they did not see an underutilized riverfront parking lot, but rather the makings of an urban beach.
To complete the vision, Groundswell imported tons of real sand, constructed a boardwalk, and retrofitted shipping containers to house concession stands. The venue now features an assortment of food trucks, expanded beverage options, and a beer garden to enjoy them in.
