Overview
This 40-acre horse farm is surrounded by exceptional views of the Hudson Valley.
Groundswell refurbished the large patio’s existing masonry and added furniture, large wooden planters, and pergolas made from the reclaimed wooden beams of a Lancaster barn. An extensive planting palette consisting mainly of native and wildlife friendly material softened the architecture and unified the property with the landscape beyond it.
