The owner of this property commissioned Groundswell to create an outdoor environment that would frame his world-class collection of antique American folk art.
The design surrounds the existing 19th-century farmhouse, creating a series of spaces that include the original bank barn, pool, rustic gazebo, spring house, grape arbor, and pond. A system of terraces integrates the elements and transports visitors from one space to the next.
